A Portland jury awarded The Fraser Law Firm P.C.'s client and his wife $4.7 million because of doctors' errors.

Our client, a Forest Grove man who formerly worked for General Electric, had suffered two strokes that were not properly diagnosed or treated by a Tuality Community Hospital neurologist. A few days later, he suffered a third stroke that has now tragically left him paralyzed and unable to work. He also suffers from brain damage and severe depression.

The jury awarded him $4.2 million for his suffering and lost inability to support his family. It separately awarded his wife $500,000 for the devastating effects his injuries have had on their life together.
