The Fraser Law Firm P.C. filed suit in the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon, Portland Division, on behalf of a Forest Grove, Oregon, man who was wrongfully arrested by City of Hillsboro police officers.
The lawsuit was filed to vindicate the civil rights of our client, who was wrongly arrested and held by police for 5 days last July. He was packing for a holiday trip with his family July 4 when he was arrested. He lost his job — as well as his trust for law enforcement — as a result.
The police later admitted that they arrested the wrong man.
